Q

ELISA test model answer

A
  1. First antibody binds/complementary to the antigen of interest
  2. Second antibody with an enzyme is added
  3. Second antibody binds to first antibody/antigen
  4. Unbound antibody is washed away
  5. Solution added and colour change seen
