Body dysmorphia
Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), or body dysmorphia, is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others.

A control freak is someone who is determined to make things happen in exactly the way they want and who tries to make other people do what they want.

Important to people have strong opinions, A hot-button issue is a subject or problem that people have very strong feelings about ; a controversial or polemical topic.

To live up to something means to be as good as what was expected or promised.

Social Puppeteering is a psychologically damaging form of mental harassment in which a victim’s (or “Puppet’s”) perception of reality is deliberately distorted by a “Puppeteer”, often in outrageous or unbelievable ways for his or her own private amusement.

A set of negative and unfair beliefs that a society or group of people have about something. One of the major obstacles to persons seeking treatment for addiction is the stigma attached to the disease.

Social stigma refers to the disapproval of, or discrimination against, an individual or group based on perceived characteristics that serve to distinguish them from other members of a society.

Someone who is strong-willed has a lot of determination and always tries to do what they want, even though other people may advise them not to.
