What are the key management steps of HIV in pregnancy?
A
All women to start HAART
Monitor viral load
At 36 weeks, if viral load <50 -> vaginal delivery
At 36 weeks, if viral load >50 -> CS
Avoid breastfeeding
HAART for baby following delivery
