A

O: 1.Long head: Supraglenoid tubercle of scapula
2. Short head: Coracoid process of scapula
I: Radial tuberosity of the radius & deep fascia of forearm via bicipital aponeurosis (blends with the fascia)
A: Flexion of the forearm at elbow joint, supination of the forearm at radio-ulnar joint, flexion of the humerus at the shoulder joint
N: Musculocutaneous nerve

A

O: Distal anterior surface of humerus bone
I: Ulnar tuberosity and coracoid process of ulna
A: Flexion of forearm at elbow joint

Triceps Brachii

Long, Lateral & Medial heads

A

O: 1. Long head: Infraglenoid tubercle of scapula
2. Lateral head: Lateral and posterior surface of the humerus, above radial groove
3. Medial head: Posterior surface of humerus, below radial groove
I: Olecranon process of ulna
A: Extension of humerus at the shoulder joint and extension of forearm at elbow joint
N: Radial nerve
