Chronic rhinitis

Cystic Fibrosis
Samter’s triad - polyps, asthma, aspirin intolerance
Churg strauss syndrome

Management of nasal polyps?
A
1st line: Intranasal topical steroids
2nd line: Polypectomy surgery
If polyps are close to the nostrils -> done intranasally
If polyps further up the nose -> done endoscopically
