Skin factors: recent trauma, burns, soft tissue infections.

Symptoms of nec fasc

A

Acute onset of pain, swelling, and erythema at site, extremely tender over area

Signs of nec fasc

A

Fever and tachycardia, presents as rapidly worsening cellulitis with pain out of keeping with physical features. Skin necrosis and crepitus/gas gangrene are late signs
