How do you perform the Barlow maneuver?

Adduct hip 5-10 degrees and push posteriorly

How do you perform the Ortolani exam?

Abduct hip while lifting leg anteriorly

-Inspect shape
-Palpate spine
-Inspect for sacral tuft or dimple
