Used to measure the amount of light loss in a friber optic cable. Also known as as optical power meter or power meter

ARP table
A
The ARP table function at Layer , mapping IP addresses to MAC addresses, and would therefor be stored on a Layer 3 device.
A MAC table maps MAC addresses to ports, and thus lives on a Layer 2 device.
