What is Habituation?
A
A simple form of learning where only one stimulus is learned about.
Automatic response to a stimulus is reduced after repeated presentation

What is Sensitization?
A
Your behavioural response is amplified, usually due to heightened arousal.
Eg if you step on a cat’s tail, they are more sensitive to you touching any part of them.
