Situation patient in at time, lost consciousness, incontinent/bit tonuge/mouth frothing/spasming, head injury, EVER HAD head injury, patient feels now with speech/vision/hearing, dizzy or weak sntading up/lting to sitting, pregnant??

Pregnant, abdominal distention, vaginal bleeding, abdo pain
