Headache and facial pain history
q
Unilateral head pain, severe, preceding flashing lights, [aura before, photophobia]
Migraine
Severe headache, sudden onset, possible meningism
SaH
Short duration, worse cough/straining, back of eyes
Sinusitis
Severe pain, sensitive lights [I think], neck stiffness, systemic Sx
Meningitis
Trauma head, slowly progresssing focal deficit
SdH
Headache history

Mass lesion
History of headaches, bilateral, episodic
Tension
Flushing forehead, running nose and eyes, had for 2 weeks the third time this year
Cluster [unilateral pain around eye, common M]
Lots of paracetamol bring it on
Analgesia misuse
Vision loss on bending or rising
Benign intracranial HTN [or hypotension, unsure about this]
Missed questions headaches
Vision, weakness, sensation problems, painkillers, neck stiffness, light sensitivity, morning? N&V, head trauma
Morning headache, over the past week
Mass lesion
Headache q

Patient with AF, has HTN, on anticoagulants
TIA
Sudden onset, less than 24 hours
TIA
Sudden onset weakness history

Focal prodrome, with headache, less than 24 hours
Migraine
The differential diagnosis for TIA
Mass lesions, migraine if headache, also others
Hot bath makes Sx worse, unilateral leg weakness, eye problems, fatigue
MS
Numbness and weakness legs, SOB, diarrhoea
Guillan Barre syndrome [also AID PMH, can be related to an infection from food]
Missed questions sudden onset weakness
fell to the ground, lost consciousness, weakness one side or both, visual disturbances, speech disturbances, IHD RF, spasms/tremor, dizziness/vertigo, balance problems, event before/during/after
