use recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhg-csf)
- filgrastim, lenograstim, pegfilgrastim, lipegfilgrastim
- stimulate neutrophil production - reduces duration of chemotherapy induced neutropenia - reduces febrile neutropenia

filgrastim - hyperuricemia
