Q
Processes of neutrophil extravasation
A
- Cytokines released from site of injury.
- Increased expression of adhesion molecules in endothelial cells.
- Neutrophils touch and begin rolling along the surface.
- After conformational change they stop and attach to the surface.
- Diapedesis. Release cystic enzymes to digest connective tissue
- Climb chemotactic concentration gradient towards microbes.
