What are side effects?

A

Angioedema
arrhythmia
asthenia
Diarrhoea
dizziness
dyspenoea
GI disorders

Prostaglandin- mediated flushing is common.
Normally within 1hour dosing and lasts for 15-30 mins

Taking after a meal or taking aspirin before minimises flushing.
