The most critical node within a network usually difficulty to target due to complexity and accessibility
What is the difference between deliberate & dynamic targeting?
Deliberate: Planned for; Known to exist; Scheduled/On-call
Dynamic: Targets of opportunity; Unanticipated & Unscheduled targets
