Features of ACS

A
  1. Sudden onset of symptoms at rest ( or minimal exertion) that last at least 10 mins;
  2. Severe pain, pressure, or discomfort in the chest;
  3. Accelerating pattern of angina that develops more frequently with greater severity, or that awakens the patient from sleep.
