How do you write reoccurring decimals as a fraction?
A
Write it as n= then try and get rid of everything that is reoccurring past the decimal place, sometimes you will need to do 1000n if there is more decimals before the recurring one. e.g n = 0.4444444444... 10n =4.4444444444... 9n= 4 n= 9/4

How do you divide a number in the ratio?
A
1) add up the total amount in the ration e.g 1:3 = 4
2) divide number by the total ration (4)
3) times that number into the ration e.g 1 x 10 : 4 x 10
