How can we preevent fetal hemolytic anemia

A

If a pregnant person is is Rh HEG carrying a fetis that is Rh POS,

We prevent this by giving the pregnant person Rh IgG 300mcg (if antibody screen is NEG) routinely at 28 wk & within 72 hours of the birth of Rh POS infant
