B group ( small quantities) eg . Berry and citrus fruit b3 )
Minerals :small amount of calcium
Dried fruit contain non haem iron
Bananas potassium
Water :high except dried fruit

Fat: lack except soya beans and olives polyunsaturated
Carb: starch( pulse ,root and tuber), sugar (carrots peppers ), dietary fibre (skin , popatoes)

Varying amount of b group vitamins eg. Pulses b1
Vitamin A green and orange red color veg
Minerals :small amount of calcium ( green veg , root and pulses )
Green veg are good source of non haem iron
Water : high
