Ok awesome! I treat a handful of renters in the area the problem is that the landlords typically pay for termite control because they want to protect their investment, but they’ll never take care of any other bugs. I am actually doing a renters discount right now and its close to half off

Ok got it, well your neighbor, John, was doing the same thing. The problem with those products it leaves behind a ton of pest activity behind I have some of our premium stuff on the truck right now

Yeah I totally understand where you’re coming from. A lot of your neighbors felt the same way our services are designed for families and pet owners to make you feel comfortable though let’s keep the service outside.

Definitely one thing she is going to love is how our service are specifically designed for use around families and pet owners, ill throw in a spot treatment around the yard for the dogs on me. Does that sound fair?

I completely understand. The thing with pest control is its a back burner item, always on the to do list. Bottom line is I’m not the now or never guy but I’m here now, and I know if you wait you’ll either call me later when you have ants crawling across your kitchen table or you’ll buy from the next guy who comes around. Give me a shot to earn your business ill do a great job and I won’t let you down

The most important part of my service is the second spray, if I don’t come back and spray the egg cycle will never be broken and you’ll see the same issues.

The whole reason I’m stopping by is everyone is getting the same things, its these spiders and these ants. It’s crazy some of the neighbors have even started to see a spider or two on the inside. Im sure you know how it gets when it warms up, so we are just getting in front of the pressure this year to help people save money.
