A

PR cannot retire once they have taken GOR. They would need to apply to the court for the grant to be revoked.

o Remove a PR and appoint a substitute PR; and/or

what expenses can PRs reclaim? what are the exceptions?

A

PRs can only reclaim expenses incurred for executing their duties, exceptions:
o Professional PRs can receive reasonable renumeration if the other PRs agree in writing
o There is an express charging clause (this should detail what can be claimed)
