1. FMS 2. EIS 3. CAWS 4. Master warning/caution 5. Digital Flight Data Acquisition Function (Flt. Data Recorder)
28
ADIRU/MCDU Power supply
Left: Emergency Bus (aircraft batteries - 60 minutes) Right: Right AC bus (ADIRU battery backup 30 minutes)
29
Single bleed operation with anti-ice on
Bleed ISOL valve must be in AUTO: wing 15 minutes, tail 2.5 minutes
30

31
Left Hydraulic System:
``` L/R Inboard Spoilers L reverser Elevator Augmentation System Slats, Flaps, Rudder Stop Limiter Nosewheel steering Brakes ```
32
Normal APU shutdown involves a 17 sec delay for no break power transfer. When is this bypassed? (3)
1. APU FIRE CONT switch moved to “OFF & AGENT ARM” 2. APU Ground Control Panel switch to “SHUTOFF” 3. Electronic Control Unit detects APU compartment fire
33
When will the APU shutdown automatically in flight?
APU Overspeed | APU Compartment Fire
34
Aft Accessory Compartment Overheat Detection
-If senses an overheat, will shut off APU bleed air supply. (Inhibited inflight & during engine start)
35
Cargo Smoke | Agent 1 & 2 times
Agent 1 : 1 minute Agent 2 : 2 hrs
36
What are the takeoff “essential items” for Electronic Instrument System (EIS)?
1. Stab trim 2. Rudder trim 3. Slats 4. Flaps 5. Spoilers 6. Brakes
37
When does cabin pressurization begin?
Throttles advanced for takeoff. - depressurizes for rejected takeoff when throttles retarded - outflow valve opens automatically after 60 seconds & not in the air
38
When does SELECT CENTER TANK PUMP OFF alert come on
Center fuel tank less than 70 lbs & center fuel tank pumps have been on more than 10 minutes.
39
9 total, 4 in each main tank, one in center tank
43
How can you check fuel quantity in-flight if FUEL QTY A & B are inop?
Calculate the fuel onboard using data from the FMS Progress page.
44
Which electric bus powers the Hydraulic AUX pump?
Left AC GEN bus
45
What does the Hydraulic Transfer Pump do?
Mechanically transfers pressure from an operating pressure source to an unpressurized system by way of an interconnected motor and pump.
46
When does gear warning horn sound? When can you silence it?
1. Gear not down & locked, throttles retarded, airspeed < 210 KIAS, less than 1,200 ft AGL (CAN SILENCE) 2. Gear not down & locked + flaps in landing position (25° or 40°) (CANNOT SILENCE)
47
What does a clapper do in the elevator control system?
If control column becomes disconnected and there is no jam, CLAPPER will cause both columns to move & both elevators to move. If there is a jam, CLAPPER will allow non-jammed side to move independently.
48
What are aileron torque tubes & bus cables for?
