When is Rev Thrust assumed on takeoff?

A

Wet or contaminated runway.
No Rev assumed for dry, so no penalty if Rev not working.

A

A

Wheels fuse plugs may melt. Not normal procedure to select an auto Brake that would result in caution or Melt.
If occurs: delay take off by 1 hour, then inspect wheels.

A
