Team manager
- Responsible for delivering the work to agreed
specifications and within the tolerances and
constraints agreed with the project manager. - The project manager allocates work to a team
manager through work package descriptions, in
line with the commercial management approach. - Manages relationships in their teams and
interfaces with other teams.
Project assurance
- Project board members
