A
Osmosis is the movement of water molecules across a partially permeable membrane from a region of higher water concentration a region of low concentration.

A
How much more of an amount of water, as compared to other molecules.

If you had 2 Bottles. Bottle A has 200 water molecules and 50 salt molecules. Bottle B has 150 water molecules and 100 salt molecules. Which one has more water concentration?

How does this link to cells
A
For an example, outside the cell is a high water concentration and inside is a low water concentration, therefore water molecules from the outside would go to the inside.
