Tips for consistent practice

A
  1. Consistent time of day
  2. Consistent Location
  3. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, only need 10 mins
  4. Set alarms / reminders throughout the day, can be 1 or 2 minute mini sessions
  5. Weave into daily activities
  6. Don’t guilt trip yourself, very important. If you miss a day, just get back on the horse. Let go of judgment
  7. Make it your own, be creative and iterate (as long as you have fundamentals down)
  8. Trust the process, you are building a new habit. Don’t see results right away.
