A
  1. Marsala Superiore
    - may be dry or sweet with minimum aging of two years
  2. Marsala Superiore Riserva
    - aged for min four year in oak
  3. Marsala Vergine / Solera
    - May be dry or very dry and aged for minimum of 5 years.
    **NO sweetening is permitted
  4. Stravecchio or Riserva
    - aged for min of 10 years in wood

  2. Grillo - adds spiciness, nuttiness and saltiness
  3. Cattaratto - high acidity to give freshness to the wine but easily oxidize, contributes in the amber colour,
