Low Mechanical Imbalance - ETE
Immediately reduce speed to 70km/h to destination
Medium Mechanical Imbalance - ETE
Immediately reduce speed to 55km/h to next terminal where wagon is to be reduced for load correction
Low Mechanical Imbalance - STS
Immediately reduce speed to 70km/h to destination
Medium Mechanical Imbalance - STS
Immediately reduce speed to 55km/h to next crossing station where inspection of the LE is required
LE is to determine if the wagon is to be taken to the next terminal and the speed to travel at but not to exceed 55 km/h
High Mechanical Overload
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 25 km/h to the next terminal
High Structural Overload
Max Overloaded axle <22.5T
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 40km/h to the next freight terminal where wagon is to be reduced - Except YJ’s
YJ speed must not exceed 25 km/h to the next freight terminal where the wagon is to be reduced
Following trains can continue but must reduce speed to 40 km/h over at risk structures
High Mechanical Imbalance - ETE
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 25 km/h to the next accessible crossing station for the wagon to be reduced
Wagon to be reduced before the train can continue
High Mechanical Imbalance - STS
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 25 km/h to the next accessible crossing station to allow LE inspection
LE to determine if the wagon is to be taken to the next terminal and the speed to travel at, but not to exceed 40 km/h
Extreme mechanical overload
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 25 km/h to the next accessible crossing station for the wagon to be reduced
Extreme Structural Overload
Max overloaded axle >22.5T
Train can continue at speed not exceeding 25 km/h to the next accessible crossing station for the wagon to be reduced
Following trains can continue to run at sped not exceeding 25 km/h over any at risk structures

Stop train immediately to allow LE inspection
LE to inspect and determine speed to travel to the next accessible crossing
station for wagon reduction at speed not exceeding 25 km/h

Stop train immediately to allow LE inspection
LE to inspect and determine speed to travel to the next accessible crossing
station for wagon reduction at speed not exceeding 25 km/h
