This stage is where the entrepreneur is not comfortable with the routines
of a desk job. They want to do things on their own way and start to feel agitated when controlled by the
powers-that-be. At this stage entrepreneurs have the attitude of being selfish.
The Self-employed
This is the stage where the entrepreneur would start to
hire employees to help him with the different operations in the business. The responsibility of the entrepreneur in this stage is to train his employees and supervise them on the different tasks and act as the manager and at the same time the owner of the business.
The Manager
Entrepreneurs in this level already enjoy seeing their people flourish, stepping up and producing great results with minimal supervisors.
The Leader
One of the goals of an entrepreneur is to be able to expand his business. Now on this stage the entrepreneur will then decide to expand its business or venture to another business other than its current business.
The investor
True entrepreneurs, based on their
experience, now aims for quality and excellence in their work. They have fully learned, and continue to practice a four-step process of thinking – Idealization, visualization, verbalization, materialization.
The true entrepreneur
Is where the entrepreneur thinks of its goals and the things he wants to create.
Idealization
Entrepreneurs start to create plans and actions to make the dream a reality
Visualization
This is where the entrepreneur would share its goals and dreams to anyone.
