Closing the left hand door of the stowage box and pushing/released the reset/test switch.

A
During pre flight check, pressure decrease may indicate that the crew oxygen cylinder shutoff valve is closed and the oxygen is unavailable.
Drop more than 100 PSI indicates valve closed.
