2- Pack sizes- if more than 32 units–> POM
3- labels –> warning- ‘can cause addiction’ & ‘for three days use only’ - prominently
4- PIL- also state can cause addiction and headache if used for 3+ days + signs of addiction
5- Sell only one pack containing codeine or dihydrocodeine
