	Cuffed: as above, -0.5
o	Length:
	ETT: 12 + (age/2), or tube size x3
	NETT: 15 + (age/2)
  • Weight: 4 + (age x 2)
  • Blood pressure: normal is 70 + (age x 2), up to 10 years. Thereafter, >90mmHg. DBP should be 2/3rds of SBP; a PP of <20mmHg is abnormal.
