- Purpose: Organisation may collect, use or disclose personal data in an appropriate manner for the circumstances, & only if they have informed the individual of purpose for the collection, use or disclosure.

What does DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (DNC) mean?
- Organisation prohibit from sending marketing messages to Singapore numbers unless clear & unambiguous consent obtained in writing or other accessible form e.g. whatsapp.
- Check with DNC Registry.
- Check www.pdpc.gov.sg for fees and procedure
*May opt out from receiving such telemarketing messages and the organisation must stop sending such msges to your SG number after 21 calendar days.
What are some exclusions to the Do Not Call Registry (DNC)?
