Rule 1: Get the Facts

Half of all worry is caused by people attempting to make decisions before they have sufficient knowledge upon which to make a decision

Weigh all facts carefully, and then come to a decision

Once a decision has been carefully made, act. Dismiss absolutely all anxiety over the outcome.

When you or your associates are tempted to worry about a problem, write out and answer the four following questions:
1) . What is the problem?
2) . What is the cause of the problem?
3) . What are all possible solutions?
4) . Which solution is best?
