  2. Convertirea gliceraldehid-3-P in acid lactic cu formarea a 4 molecule de ATP (in conditiile unui aport scazut de O2)

A

Fosforilarea acesteia, deoarece incarcarea ei net negativa nu ii permita sa strabata membrana celulara. (ca grupa fosfat are 3-)

are afinitate mare pentru glucoza
prezenta in tesuturile extrahepatice
glucokinaza insa are afinitate mica pentru glucoza, prezenta exclusiv in ficat;are activitate mare postprandial, inactiva la concentratii mici a glicemiei

Care sunt consecintele unei reglari defectuoase ale glicolizei?

A
Apare acidoza lactica- productia excesiva de acid lactic si utilizare aredusa a acesteia
Apar anemii hemolitice, cauzate de defecte enzimatice ale:
piruvat kinazei eritrocitare (se produce liza celulara datorita scaderii concentratiei ATP si a cresterii permeabilitatii membranei eritrocitului)
hexokinazei eritrocitare (scade concentratia intermediarilor glicolitici si a 2,3-bifosfogliceratului)
