Positive self-talk
developing cognitive positive thoughts about your own performance

an activity that raises heartrate. usually as part of a warm up eg. light jog
Sedentary lifestyle
a lifestyle with little or no physical activity
Sportsmanship
playing fair, showing respect for the opposition and gracious behaviour in winning or losing
Strength
the ability to overcome a resistance
Tangible
something that can be seen and touched eg. a trophy
Weight training
the use of weights/resistance to cause adaptation of the muscles
Obesity
a BMI over 25
