What is aerobic power
Aerobic power is the maximum rate of energy production from the aerobic energy system.
What is anaerobic capabity
The total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy system.
What is muscular strength
Peak force that a muscle can develop
What is Muscular power
Ability to produce maximal amount of force in the shortest period of time
What is Muscular endurance
The ability of a muscle group to sustain repeated contraction against a resistance for an extended period of time.

The ability to move the body or part of the body from one point to another as quick as possible

can be perform anywhere outside of a laboratory setting.

Accurate and detail results
What are the disadvantages of laboratory test
more expensvie, time comsuing and required equipments
What are advantages of field test
cheaper, minimal equipment, easy to administer
What are the disadvantages of field test
less accurate, difficult to maintain environmental consistency
What is direct test
- Accurate measure of fitness level
- Provide immediate measure
What is indirect test
- Less accurate measure of fitness levels
- Provides a result that allow estimation or prediction
