Clavicular head - front of medial half of clavicle
Sternocostal head- sternum and upper 6 costal cartilages
Insertion- lateral lip of pectoralis major
N- medial and lateral pectoral nerves from medial and lateral chords of BP
A- medial rotation, flexion of arm

Boundaries of axillary

A

Apex- cervicoaxillary canal- transmits vessels and nerves from the neck to upper limb
Base-skin and axillary fascia
Anterior wall- pectoralis major and minor, subclavius, clavipectoral fascia
Posterior wall- subscapularis, Teres major, Latissimus dorsi
Medial wall- serratus anterior, ribs, intercostal muscles
Lateral wall- bicipital groove, long and short heads of biceps, Coracobrachialis
