HIP LIGAMENTS
A
Iliofemoral-
- AIIS Inferiorly to the intertrochanteric line
- resists extension, addiction and some lateral rotation
- stabilises the hip anteriorly

A
- ASIS to pubic sypmphysis
- keeps anterior hip structures intact.
- creates an inguinal canal
