Intra-articular, perpendicular to the cubital fossa at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cun.

Medial epicondylitis combined with PC 6 for median nerve stimulation, Medial collateral ligament sprain, arthritis of the elbow

Flexor surface of the forearm, 2 cun proximal to the wrist crease

Perpendicular or oblique at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cun

Tendonitis of palmaris longus, flexor carpi radialis longus, medial epicondylitis, tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel
