Q

What are the management prinicples for a patient with peripheral vascular disease?

A
  • Acute
    • Immediate anticoagulation +/- thrombolysis
    • Angiogram +/- revascularisation
  • Chronic
    • Risk factor modification
    • Anticoagulation (clopidogrel)
