10 things = 4A double therapy beta statin sodium nitrate

1.antiplatelet - low dose aspirin ,if allergic- clopidogrel. Once daily

2.Analgesia- i.v. morphine relief pain
Antiemetic like promethazine to relief opioid induce vomiting

3. Nitrate- iv nitroglycerin
4. Low flow O2 therapy - if there’s decrease saturation
5. Reperfusion therapy -
   Primary percutaneous coronary intervention or thrombolytic therapy

6.Anticoagulants- LMW heparin

7.beta#- within 24hr

8.ACE inhibitors or ARB - improve survival

9. Statin- atorvastatin- secondary prevention

10.sodium bicarbonate - i.v. to treat acidosis
