abdominal
position with knees bent, inspect, auscultate 4 quadrants and 5 vessels, palpate quadrants (light and deep), palpate and percuss liver, palpate and percuss spleen, estimate aorta width

5- CN, reflexes, sensory, cerebellar, gait
CN
I- ask about smell II, III, IV, VI- in eyes portion V- facial sensation, jaw strength VII- facial expression VII- in ears section IX/X- palate elevation XI- shrug, turn head XII- protrude tongue

3 UE- bicep, tricep, brachioradialis
3 LE- patellar, achilles, plantar
sensory
sharp/dull, vibratory sense, steregnosis, graphesthesia, position sense in great toe
cerebellar
UE/LE Rapid alt movement, rhomberg x 30 seconds, finger to nose, heel to shin, pronator drift x 30 seconds seated
gait
normal, heels, toes, tandem, hop on 1 foot
