- Get up early and exercise in the morning

- avoid crowd if you are not ease with them
- find time during the day when you feel energetic
- set convincing goals that you chan achieve
- start with simple exercises and basic movements
- set a realistic goal and follow it
- do exercise at home and use materials available at home
- invite family members for an outdoor activity
