5 components of physical fitness and definitions
heart and lung endurance-performance of the heart and lungs under difficult conditions.
muscular strength- the ability to use your muscles to perform various activities.
muscular endurance-the ability to use muscular strength over a set period of time.
flexibility- the muscles ability to move to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion.
body composition- percent of body fat compared to the percent of muscle.
