what is general physics
General Physics. Physics is the science which examines the dynamics and behaviour of matter and charged matter, their motion, the forces involved, the exchanges of energy, force, momentum and the basics of concepts like space and time.
what is force
A force is a push or pulls upon an object resulting from the object’s interaction with another object. Whenever there is an interaction between two objects, there is a force upon each of the objects.
what is time
Time in physics is defined by its measurement: time is what a clock reads. In classical, non-relativistic physics it is a scalar quantity and, like length, mass, and charge, is usually described as a fundamental quantity.
what is the concept of time
The concept of time is self-evident. An hour consists of a certain number of minutes, a day of hours and a year of days. … Time is represented through change, such as the circular motion of the moon around Earth.
what is the period of the pendulum
The time for one complete cycle, a left swing and a right swing is called the period. The period depends on the length of the pendulum and also to a slight degree on the amplitude, the width of the pendulum’s swing.
what is a time interval
A clock breaks time down into intervals of seconds, minutes, and hours. An interval is a distinct measure of time or the physical or temporal distance between two things.
