How to measure specific heat capacity with said things
A
Use a top pan balance to measure mass of the beaker. Fill it with known amount of said thing and substract the beakers amount.
Measure initial temp with thermometer
Place the electric heater in the said thing and connect it to the joulemeter.
Heat the oil
Measure final temp
Calculate specific heat capacity

Why would an increase in Temp and more steam increase pressure
A
Number of gas particles increase by more steam
Particles move faster due to kinetic energy
Particles collide with the walls with greater force
These being more frequent increases pressure
Particles may not be able to escape if sealed
