What are angiosperms?

What does fertilize mean?
A process of sexual reproduction, which occurs after pollination and germination.
What does pollinate mean?
Convey pollen to or deposit pollen and allow fertilization.
What is chlorophyll?
The green pigment in plants that captures the light energy used in photosynthesis.
What is photosynthesis?
A chemical process by which green plants make their food using energy from the sun to turn water and carbon dioxide into food, giving off oxygen as a byproduct.

The nostril of the plant; holes at the edge of the leaf.
