Obstetrical Panel: ABO-rh, CBC, antibody screen, Rubella IgG, Syphilis testing, Hep B sAg, HIV, Varicella IgG
Urine culture, cervical cytology, GC/CT testing if needed, thyroid, Hgb A1C

Recommendation of a varied diet - consider a 24hr diet diary
Food sensitivities - avoid
Increase calories (340/day in 2nd trimester, 452/day in 3rd)
Increase protein by 1.1 g/kg/day
Increase CHO 175g/day
Avoid unpasteurized foods and fruit/vegetable juices
Heat deli meats
