Alcohol excess

Conjugated:

a. Infection - viral hepatitis, liver abscess
b. Hepatic - cirrhosis, NASH, alcoholic/AI hepatitis
c. Malignancy - HCC
d. Infiltration - amyloid, sarcoid, lymphoma
