A

S: Failed to get enough respondent survey data into how to what businesses look for sustainable procurement, important to derive insights and move onto the next steps to design the deliverable

A

S: Finwell client super and insurance research tool wasn’t optimised and had lots of components that were repeated
T: Improve on the current tool to allow for greater efficiency in gathering information
A: Redesigned the tool using VLOOKUP functions and created a datasheet
R: Improved the research process by around 25%, speeding up the client conversion cycles

When have you used creativity to overcome a dilemma?

A

S: Working with a client to launch a consulting business, was unhappy with current name and all alternatives that were initially brainstormed were taken.
T: Come up with a name that is both unique while encapsulating the idea behind the businesses.
A: Asked for key ideas about the business and devised a short list of alternatives that were not used and approved by other parties
R: Came up with an acronym name that easily implies the businesses objective while expanding into further detail on its operation through the words that make up the acronym
